For medium. to long term projects, clients can set milestones for releasing payments. Usually long tasks are divided into 3-4 milestones, making sure that the freelancers keeps getting timely payment. 

Since many of the freelancers are busy on weekdays, weekend-hire offers a convenient option for them. You can choose to work for 8-hour, 12-hour or 16-hour shifts on your free weekends with a client and charge them a fixed fee. If the work exceeds the time agreed upon, you can charge them for extra hours. 

Zapphire collects payment from clients before the work starts, but the client chooses to release the final payment in after the final work is done. In case of a dispute, team zapphire resolves by evaluating the agreed deliverables and final products.

These samples are works which will take a few minutes to complete, but give the client a better idea of the right choice for their work.
