Build a website using WordPress theme

I want to develop a website that uses a WordPress theme. The theme I have found is called “Newspaper” by tagdiv. It is not necessary to use this theme, but it appears to be a good choice.
The website will also have a landing page.
I will provide all the content.
I would also like instruction, in English, by videoconference, to help me administer the site.
The site will host ads, but not sell products. Later, the site may sell products.
