Digital Marketing Tutor needed (google ads and facebook ad campaigns)

To help refining ad campaigns for Christmas decorations and other gift items
I am seeking a digital marketing tutor to help me refine my google ads and facebook ad campaigns for Christmas decorations and gift items that I have designed and produced. I am a graphic design and industrial product designer and computer savvy. This would be 38 pounds for a 1 hour assessment with the idea of doing 2 or more hours following that every month perpetually. I would love to have a tutor that I can rely on for great advice and direction and that they can rely on me for fast payment.
