Tookan-Woocommerce Plugin personalisation

I have a plugin that connect Tookan delivery system to Woocommerce. I would like to makes some little changes to make possible to select for each shipping method active on WooCommerce to share the details to tookan or not. So a selection wp-admin interface where admin user can make this changes. I attached to this description the plugin file. Thanks
